ECOMLAC, LACTLD and LACNIC summon the meeting of the first Latin American IPv6 Forum (FLIP-6) that will be held on March, 30, 2004, in the city of Montevideo, Uruguay.

The final program for the first FLIP-6 forum will include an open discussion panel on the implementation of the IPv6 Task Force in Latin America and the Caribbean.
