The European Commission's DG INFSO Research Infrastructure Unit's November
2003 newsletter is now available online. The newsletter includes information on IPv6 activities, including news on the forthcoming IPv6 Global Service Launch event on January 15-16, 2004, and news on a renewed call for action from the European IPv6 Task Force.
