New co-chairs for the IPv6 Cluster

After three years of excellent work as Chairperson of the IPv6 Cluster, Mat Ford (BT, UK), has decided to pass the token.

Dr. Tim Chown (University of Southampton, UK) and Jordi Palet (Consulintel, Spain) have voluntered to continue this task, acting as the new co-chairs of the IPv6 Cluster.
