NICT Commissioning R&D of IPv6 Enabled Information Appliances

NICT (National Institute of Information and Communications Technology) of Japan is now accepting applications from companies for the commission of R&D on IPv6 enabled information appliances in FY2005.

The objective of the R&D is to build and deploy a system that can deliver a variety of highly sophisticated services by IPv6 enabling information appliances as well as networks in order to realize the ubiquitous society.
